OCR识别报错
问题描述
调用OCR指令时报Open api qps request limit reached错误
可能原因
在使用OCR识别相关指令时，使用的是影刀默认OCR账号，因同时段调用人数过多导致qps达到上限
自主申请的OCR账号免费使用次数达到上限
